Prom Updates

Next STUDENT Prom Meeting is Tuesday the 22nd of March. This will be a longer meeting as we will be discussing decoration options.

STUDENT April Meetings on Tuesdays:

15th

22nd

(29th if needed)

STUDENT MAY Meetings on FRIDAYS:

(6th if needed)

13th MANDATORY

We will discuss/put to gether

  • Decorations

  • Center pieces

  • Food

Next Parent After Prom Meetings

Tuesday April 11th 6pm

Tuesday May 10th 6pm

(Friday May 13th if needed)

We will discuss

  • Prom Set Up

  • Prom Chaperones

  • After Prom Chaperones

  • If we don't get enough chaperones and people to volunteer to help set up/tear down after prom- it will be cancelled.

  • We need more male chaperones for the locker rooms

  • Raffle Prizes

  • We need gift baskets. Examples: Dorm essentials, candy, soaps, cookies. If the school needs to purchase something it needs to be tax exempt - please verify the money is in the budget if you would like to be reimbursed and keep your receipts.

  • Raffle ideas- some things that will be purchased: Cedar Point tickets, Movie vouchers, Gift Cards

  • Food! What are the prices- what would be the best option. I would like to keep it as cheap as possible.
